walnut creek, for a while we did not have trains running past lafayette or pleasant hill. we had a fire on the track. coverboard caught on fire. a consider board covers the third rail, and i know i think about seven coverboards at some point were on fire or the damaged as part of it and crews had to complete inspection and we haven't had any train service until 3:00 p.m. now we'rable to single track. >> how big are the delays. >> it's not clear yet. we have to see how the trains are able to share one track, so not clear yet. always good to leave extra time, but i'm not sure how much extra time at this point ridership should give. i would expect maybe at least 10 to 15 minutes delay from singing tracking. >> if you can, give yourself a little mow leeway was car traffic was busy. do we know what caused the fire? >> not yet.

answers. police are investigating a stabbing that left four people in injured this morning. happened in downtown san jose near the convention center. an officer witnessed a disturbance at 1:20 in the morning. when he approached the group he found four people with stab wounds, all four went to the hospital. several unidentified suspects fled the scene before the officers got there. stockton's mayor is explaining while he waited nearly a month to report that a thief stole a gun from his home and the weapon was later used to kill a boy. the mayor has had two guns stolen from his home in separate incidents over the past two years. court documents from the d.a.'s office show one of the guns was used in the february 2015 killing of a 13-year-old boy. silva reported the gun stolen 28 days after the murder because he says he no longer lived in the house. >> the house was empty and was actually burglarized twice.

>> several streets in san francisco will be closed during the 39th running of the san francisco marathon. the race begins tomorrow morning at embarcadero and mission, wind through the city and across the golden gate brim before finishing at the embarcadero. street closures begin at midnight 2:45 tomorrow. nearly 200 reservoirs throughout the state are contaminated with excessive levels of mercury according to the state water resources control board. it's prompting the board to issue mandatory health advisory over two years. officials warn owners of the reservoirs to post warnings about eating fish. the reservoirs including lake berryessa, crystal springs, stevens creek in santa clara, and a reservoir santa cruz. >> a happy meal of sorts for a young boy with autism.
