new this morning, a c.h.p. officer is recovering after a motorcycle crash that sent him flying over hid motorcycle and the car in front of him. he was on the way to a crash in cupertino and he rear helped the driver. you can see sky 7 is over the scene, and this is northbound 280 south winchester boulevard. he went flying, he was up and walking after the crash. this happened after 8:30 a.m. c.h.p. said that the driver was cutting into the officer's lane at the time. the officer is scraped up but he is expected to be fine. the other driver is cooperating with investigators and could be cited for making an unsafe lane change. >> develop news in san francisco, convicted chinatown gang leader raymond "shrimp boy" chow faces sentencing in san francisco federal court. a jury convicted shrimp slip of 162 organized crime charges in january. the crimes include murder and racketeering. the murder conviction carries an automatic life sentence. a judge has turn down his appeal
