by noon we are 57 at the coast and low-to-upper 70s, and 58 at the cool and 78 around bay and 86 inland. after the sun is setting at 8:00, we will have temperatures in the 50s and 60s. >> developing news with people in lake county still shaking this morning after a 5.1 earthquake last night, with more than a dozen after shocks following it. jose can is tracking all of this. jessica? >> good morning, there have been several after shocks the largest is 3.0 last night. look at this map we are look at you can see a cluster of earthquakes. according to the u.s. geological survey there have been 16 after shocks in upper lake county and the original earthquake hit 130 miles north of the bay area in upper lake county at 7:57 last night along the bartlett springs fault. there have been no reports of

damage or injuryies in lake county but it was felt. i did not feel an earthquake in a lost yours. it has been...a lot of years. >> a lot people feel the same residents and business owners can see light fixtures swinging back-and-forth. there were also plenty of squared pets. 5.1 earthquake was felt as far inland as chico and out to the cost at fort bragg the largest to hit the area in the last decade. san bruno and reacting to the guilty verdict for pg&e and the deadly gas line explosion. tiffany is outside san bruno city hall. i gather officials are answering questions today? >> they will be here at city hall to answer questions and to talk about the guilty verdict.

the jury found pg&e guilty of six countries related to the san bruno pipeline explosion that killed eight people and destroyed 38 homes in 2010. the charges include fire counts of violating pipeline safety standards and one count of obstructing the investigation into the explosion. some people do not feel this verdict is enough. >> they should not be trying a corporation but trying the individuals that were involved in this. that let it slide and let regulations go by the wayside. >> other people take issue with the financial penalty pg&e faces, a maximum $3 million fine. pg&e released a video statement last night saying the utility company is committed to restoring trust. >> we made unprecedented progress in the last six years since the tragic accident and we dedicated to maintaining the

focus. >> the next stage of the trial begins in october and the news conference is scheduled here at city hall for 10:00 this morning. >> we are tracking developing news out of ferguson this morning. a car hit a protester and gunfire broke out on the second anniversary of michael brown's death. you can see the cell phone video after the shooting over what was a peaceful gathering. witnesses say after he was hit by a car, someone fired gunshots at the car. ferguson police say it appears to have been an accident account driver is cooperating. who are waiting on word of the man's injury. no one was hit by the gunfire. >> asecond apology with the third day of recovery from a system meltdown of delta, planning 90 cancellations this morning trying to normalize operations to get things back on

voluntary and mandatory evacuations. the fire started on sunday afternoon and quickly spread with winds up to 25 miles per hour. still no word on the cause of right now the fire is only 6% contained. >> we have quite the situation happening in oakland this morning. it is a slow speed pursuit. it involves c.h.p. and started at 2:30 this morning in menlo park. the driver when it crossed the bridge, he has been going all over oakland. ten minutes ago i told you we had all traffic stopped southbound 880 at jack london square. he has flipped, gone to the northbound side of 880, a couple of collisions were involved there usual as well, but the vehicle is still somehow on the move. we hear it is damaged and that could be part of why it is going is slow. it sounds like he got off northbound 880 and took broadway off-ramp around oakland police headquarters with delays southbound and northbound 880.

>> unbelievable tragedy in florida, a 73-year-old woman was shot and killed by accident during a citizen police academy exercise. the woman was volunteering in a shoot/don't shoot demonstration and hit with a live round. she was chosen from 35 people in her class for the simulation, she was rushed to the hospital and she died. the officer who shot her is new on leave. the case is "under investigation." >> a park near los angeles is closed after coyotes bit at least three people. the visitors can expect to see more signs like this until further notice at the park. the cease of unfromvicted attacks started last month, and two of the victims are receiving medicine to prevents rabies. fish and wildlife officers capture asked killed four coyotes. >> caller i.d.s and microchip
