the neighborhood. two parts. two groups. confronted each other. there was a fight between the two groups. two people were injured and sent to the hospital with minor injuries. though needed stitches. three other people were arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. they say the party went sideways and that took place this morning here in south san jose off of almaden expressway. police are looking for a shooter believed to have killed two brothers near san jose state. this happened in front of their home near south 8th and martha street at 9:00 last night. police have not released any information on suspect or vehicles. a witness said that he saw a white truck and a black s.u.v. drive by the house and open

firefighters say the fire is 35% contained. >> firefighters are close to fully containing the clayton fire in lake county and now it is 95% contained. it has burned under 4,000 acres. the fire has destroyed 300 structures in lower lake since it started eight days ago. damin anthony pashilk is accused of starting the fire and will enter a plea september 7. >> some schools are now reopening now the worst of the fire has passed. burns valley and east lake and schools so they are safe to re-open and we will let you know when other stores are reopening. >> a fire is burning in spokane, washington, one of three of the all three starts yesterday. this is now burning 2,500 acres

this, and they found a little bit confused about what is happening, northbound frontage road beyond 7th street a vehicle ran off the roadway and a couple people were ejected from the vehicle but they cannot find the people and they are not sure in that is a truthful statement. however we do not have lanes blocked and the on-ramp is open. okay getting out of the central valley, 31 minutes, and southbound 101 san rafael to san francisco, in the green, 18 minutes. all the muni is expanding because of a $45 million grant from the california state transportation agency which has 64 trains on the way to add to the muni fleet. half were already funded. now after getting the grant a total of 42 trains will be funded. this is what they look like, the trains will have more reliable passenger doors and enhanced breaking system, and manufacturers have been building and testing them this year.
