we are standing in front of the lobby at the main jail in santa clara county so this morning we are expecting brock turner to walk out of the front doors of the lobby after serving three months for three felony con voices of sexual assault. once he walks out of the lobby and is released he is required to register as a sex offender with the police station in five working days. there is a place holder on the database. if he leaves california and goes back to ohio which who appears to do he will have to register there. his parole supervision will take place in ohio. he waits longer than 72 hours to sleeve he has to meet with the probation officer because he will be on probation for three years. no word if he will make a statement but we will monitor the situation, and in a moment we know he is released we will bring it to you. back to the studio.
