involving a female student and a recovery on campus. according to our media partner the professor in the college of education departments with allowed to stay as head of the department for nearly five months after the campus investigation found he had, in fact, harassed a student. the situation started when a female student in his class reported that he repeatedly asked her in she was single and made comments he wanted to date her last year. after the attorney told the mercury news the comments were made in the context of class discussions. the campus investigation found that the questions probed for more personal information than could possibly be related to an academic program. the mercury news reported that students came forward in 2014 with complaints against him but those were not included in the school's investigation. he was given a 10 day suspension
