>> in the commute takes you along this busy stretch of blossom hill, you can breathe easier. since may someone has been shooting at people inside of cars in this area and now police say they have someone under arrest. it was the san jose police department's response unit that arrested this man, 30-year-old michael lewis of san jose. he will be booked on four counts attempted murder. police arrested lewis august 14 on unrelated charges and got a warrant and searched his house. police say they found a handgun. they said that gun and shell casings were sent to the laboratory and the bullets in four of the blossom hill shootings were fired on the gun found at his house. a total of ten shootings hand between may 4 and august 5 on blossom hill road between poughkeepsie and monterey. they took place between midnight and 3:30 in the morning.

no word in police believe someone else was involved or a different gun was used. he is going to be booked on a separate unrelated charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm. >> right now pg&e is investigating the cause of an underground electrical vault explosion that left nearly 9,000 people without power in the east bay. we choked and 350 people are in the dark. no one was hurt. the alameda county fire department tweeted out this manhole cover that blew off during the blast at 10 5:00 in castro sale. the next picture shows the smoke coming from the manhole on center street in grove way. crews are still working on the scene. >> four oakland police officers are out of a job in their involvement in a sex scandal centered around a teen girl. the punishment does not end

a stand alone company and the possibility of more layoffs. twitter has 300 million active users and made a deal with the nfl to stream games live. analysts say in twitter decides to sell, the deal would reach $18 billion. >> a water provider in san jose is flushing the system to get rid of discoloring of the water. there are issues at willow glen. san jose water company told abc7 a screen fells causing natural clay and sand to get in the system. the company shut down the well to clean and flush it out and the discolored water not harmful to drink even in it does look gross. >> it was yellowy with, after the water ran there was dirt in the shower, silt. the flushing will continue today. if you have cloudy water let it run until it becomes clear.
