>> now breaking news. >> the breaking news is in the south bay where this man is under arrest for the brutal beating of an 88-year-old woman. santa clara sheriff deputies arrested 19-year-old zachary cuen last night the he attacked the woman in her home, two times. it happened at a home on monday night in east san jose. investigators dusted for prints the he broke into the home, attacked and robbed victim and stole her jewelry, car, and unbelievably, he came back later and beat her again. that woman was last in critical condition with severe facial and head injuries. she has lived alone since her husband passed away.
