now from abc7, live, breaking news. >> dan: the breaking muse is in vallejo where neighbors are told to shelter in place right now as a strong, unknown odor floats overhead. good evening. i'm dan ashley. ama daetz is off. let's go straight to lisa amin gulezian. she is live in vallejo with breaking details on this. lisa, what do you have? >> reporter: the city of vallejo has activated a partial emergency operation center here at the fire department on louisiana street. it is to handle all of the phone calls they have been getting. since early this evening they got about 800 calls for help and several people complained about getting sick because of the odor and they were taken to the hospital. the vallejo fire department said they are concentrated in the southern part of the city in the neighborhoods surrounding beverly hills park and glen cove park. hazmat is working with firefighters and pg&e and public safety officers to determine the cause.

attacks were premeditated. alleging that the suspect started buying things on ebay in june. items that can be used to make bombs. new charges filed against ahmed rahami show the 28-year-old planned and plotted his attacks for months. prosecutors allege the suspect captured in this surveillance video planting explosives in a suitcase and backpack left fingerprints on some evidence. the criminal complaint describes the power of the blast on 23rd street in manhattan as strong enough to shatter windows 400 feet away and more than three stories high. it alleges a journal was found on the suspect following the shootout with police which prosecutors include anti-american rapts and praises -- rants and praises for the late leader. this comes on the same day the fbi say they were warned about the suspect.
