beyond midway. drive time is filling in. we will look at that at 5:08. breaking overnight a river is dead after crashing their car and a tree in oakland. police are not sure what went wrong but it happened on southbound highway 13. the driver died at the scene and oakland c.h.p. is investigating. >> this morning authorities are investigating after a stolen police cruiser crashed into two other cars near the san mateo bridge toll plaza and this is cell phone video of the scene after an initial crash in hayward hills. a man who is treated at the scene stole their cruiser after officers got there. police spotted that vehicle on jackson street near the bridge entrance and a chase started and the cruiser hit two cars westbound 92 and the people in the cars have mild-to-moderate injuries and the suspect is in custody. they had to close down the bridge the now it is open. >> unbelievable, a san francisco firefighter said her male colleagues made her job a

nightmare hiding her gear and urinating on her bed. >> it is shocking and more details of harassment investigation are now coming to light. here is the report from chinatown. >> yes, good morning. the shocking details are part of an investigation obtained by the "san francisco chronicle" with the documents explaining some egregious things that took place at the fire station in chinatown. according to report, that female firefighter endured months of harassment from her male colleagues. investigators discovered substantial claims that the hostile environment including urinating in the female firefighters bed and feces left on the floor of the women's bathroom. the report said that when the female firefighters reported it to her supervisor there was retaliation. she got labels a rat. and this particular station was her top choice and when she allied in november last year,

that is when the harassment started. when she started her first shift in january, it continued and lasted eight shifts through february. the firefighter began to take photos after her shifts documenting everything happening to her and now the firefighters accused of harassment, the "san francisco chronicle" said they were not fired or suspended. they are scheduled to be transferred around october 8. this is no word on whether the female firefighter still works here and no one, of course; here to be reached for comment. this of course is one of busiest fire stations in the city. that is the latest from chinatown. thank you, lonni. veries blocked the streets of charlotte for a third night. >> it appears the ladies -- the pleas for peace were answered. last night. >> good morning, exactly.
