toll plaza and the multiple locations in the crime spree. it starts when chambers get into a crash in hayward at 9 2:00 and hayward police say when they got to the scene the man stole the cruiser and took off. officers spot him on jackson twice near the bridge entrance. that is when a chase began. the suspect eventually crash on the be lanes of the bridge forcing a closure that lasted several hours. police say he hit two vehicles. they had moderate to minor injuries. the bridge reopened avid night. a san francisco firefighter was injured battling a to alarm fire in the city's vernal heights, the department said the firefighter was on the top floor after three store victorian when the roof fell on hill. he was rescue asked taken to san francisco general hospital. fire displaced eight residents. the cause is "under investigation." >> a 10-year old walking to a castro valley elementary school
