investigators are looking for this car. it was seen leaving the park after the incident. a 20-year-old calvin riley was with friends and fatally shot. >> some victims of a shooting in n elementary school are getting out of the hospital tonight. a teacher and child have been released but a 6-year-old child remains in critical condition. investigators say the shooter is a teenager who killed his father at home before going to the school and opening fire this morning. he's now in custody. families of those killed in the terrorist attacks of september 11th are now legally allowed to sue saudi arabia after a vote in washington overturned a veto. congress voted against the president and in favor of the legislation. the first successful override allows for lawsuits based on

darrenthal protested on the website and appealed. >> they just said the protest was denied and that i still had to pay the fine. >> we went to sf-mta spokesman paul rose. he confirms the space was painted red when the car was parked but says darrenthal was cited not for red zone, but because she parked in that spot too long. >> according to the california vehicle code, you can't park in the same location more than 72 hors. >> but darrenthal's ticket says red zone violation. >> she did protest the citation and was denied for these reasons. >> but nowhere in this rejection letter which she got from sfmta does it mention a 72 hour parking violation. darrenthal says she'll appeal again, this time in person. from red zones to red lanes, governors signed a law aimed at
