>> now, from abc7, breaking news. >> the breaking news is in orinda. authorities have made an arrest in connection with a violent attack on a couple in front of their home. it is not clear how many are in custody or where they were arrested. >> police looked for two men wanted to shooting a local school board vice president and pistol-whippinger husband, carol brown and tom smalling wearing halloween masks. brown has several months of recovery. police location add cell phone taken from the couple after receiving a ping from it. investigators are trying to germ in it is connected to five other homedups in a span of four days in contra costa county. the locations are all shown on this map.

florida and heads into the carolinas over the weekend. kristen? >> yes, happening now, making it through the month, hundreds of dealing with a muddy mess outside and no running water inside. crews broke a water main and now a mobile home community is paying the price. our reporter spent the morning with miserable residents. tiffany? >> yes, kristen, the residents are frustrated and i got off the phone with a property management company and they say that this is really an unfortunate mess because they did everything possible to track the utilities and in fact they did something that they wanted it find out where the utilities were and mark them before the digging began. however, where the breaks happened is where the utilities were not supposed to be. >> knee-deep sludge in the roads and residents of the mobile home park say a simple black top repair project has turned into a

nightmare that will not end. construction crews broke a water main yesterday and just two week after they cut the gas line. >> a it is hard. i had to sponge bath my kid and cannot wash clothes. >> he could not cook a few weeks good morning. >> homer is frustrated and he is not alone. i don't think they had it very well planned out before they were digging and protecting the ground and thing like that. all thement company is offering residents pool water to flush. they also blot in a future port-a-potties and truck with bottled water but some say that they if not get a delivery and going through the muck is not easy for elderly. >> all these people not using water works no bath, and have to walk through this... >> crews discussed lay down a pat for residents and are trying to fix the broken water main. families can shower at their other mobile home park but with the construction taking up so

right on schedule at 2 to 12 degree warmer and most of us in the low-to-mid 60s and league cool at 57. here is a look at dry air sweeping across our neighborhoods and not south of the san mateo bridge but getting close. and it is the breezes that are going to pick up at noon to 9:00 and bring in the dry air and drop our temperatures in the 40s and 50s and cooler this morning. if you are in the shaded area or on a bridge, want out, 24 to 38 miles per hour winds and high-profile vehicles from noon to 9:00. temperatures in the south bay show upper 60s from milpitas and sunnyville and 73 elsewhere and san jose at 71 degrees and 63 in millbrae to palo alto at 69 on the peninsula, and 59 to 61 degrees long the coast and even with the sunshine and 64 in downtown san francisco, and, if you are going to go to fleet week look at the temperatures, average high today and tomorrow the last two days are warmest on average at 72 and warmer on

saturday so take the sunscreen if you are watching the festivities. in the north bays near the body of wart it is cooler with the breeze off the water, san rafael and vallejo upper 60, and 73 in the north bay valley and that is 673 in santa rosa, and that is about, well, 14 degrees warmer than yesterday. now, we are going to have money 60s in the east bay, and headed inland low-to-mid 70s and refreshing. the south bay will see sunshine and it will take an hour or two and you can see my evening plan, total sunshine from the afternoon to the evening hours, and we will be in the 50s at the coast and mid-60s and low 70s and check out what happened by 9:00, you are going to need that jacket with temperatures in the 50s. tomorrow, we will be warmer tomorrow and then also on friday and saturday and low-to-mid 80s around the bay and coast, mid-to-upper 80s and san francisco low-to-mid 70s friday and saturday. >> again, it will be awesome fleet week.
