suspect in the shin. >> and they hope to have surveillance video of the incident. and now to the hurricane bearing down on the east coast right now, residents in florida are scrambling tonight to evacuate their homes before matthew hits. you can see the backup on the highways from all of the people trying to leave and get out of harm's way, the category 4 storm is expected to approach the state late tomorrow night. people in charleston, south carolina are getting ready for the storm as well. the current path puts the storm very close to florida and then moves to the carolinas over the weekend. if it makes landfall it would be the first hurricane to blow to shore since 2005. matthew has been blamed for ten deaths in haiti, the key bridge was washed out and roads are impassable. phone communications down. the storm has destroyed more than 3,000 homes.
