29th. a commuter train failed to stop and barreled through the platform and caused massive damage to the terminal. form investigators are looking into the crash but is said the train period up and was going twice the speed him before actually crashing into the platform. service again there this morning and they are changing a few things, and they are requiring the conductor to join the engineer when the train pulls into the terminal so it is a second we pair of eyes for folks there which is putting and people at ease. federal investigators say they have been talking to the engineer. they say he was alone last month dug the fatal crash and he has no memory of what happened. again, they are still looking into the crash. it is nice to see them getting going again. >> thank you jessica. from san francisco, developing news and police are sending for a man they believe shot a 13-year-old boy in the mission

district. it happened at 26th and valencia street after 6:30. officers focused their investigation in the parking garage at st. luke's hospital, three blocks south of where the boy was shot. we have learned the .in critical condition, and he is expected to five. >> a five-year-old boy is in the hospital this morning recovering from a frightening boating accident in san francisco bay. police are still trying to figure out the cause of the privately owned boat to flip over near pier 45 on saturday, all 30 people on board fell into the bay. look at this video. eight people include the boy still in the hospital and two other children were hurt. the boat was overloaded. police are looking into the claim and whether everyone on board had a required life vest. all the man in jail for killing two palm springs police officers is expected to be charged tomorrow. 26-year-old john felix is held without bail and faces two counts of murder with special circumstances. he could face the death penalty.
