fires. >> san francisco could have a new police chief tomorrow morning, with three to five finalists for the new chief position tonight. the meeting is closed to the public. the list will go to mayor lee who makes the final election. toney chaplin has been serving as acting chief since greg suhr resigned. >> they will have their hands full from day one. today, the justice department is releasing results of a nine month federal review of san francisco police department at 11:00 a.m. with the review as scathing assessment of the department. it found they disproportionately used force and shoots people of color. the mayor lee requested the review after the police shooting of bayview resident mario woods in december. >> san jose state university water polo player is accused of sexually assaulting two women the same night and may have left the country.
