here is what c.h.p. told me hand. >> he related, there were problems getting food and said he had problems eating the food and it cause him to drift off to the right shoulder and hit a light pole that fell into the road on the ramp. from the hacienda on-ramp to eastbound 580 and the truck rolled to its side. >> the driver said he may have lost consciousness from the food incident but crawled out of the truck and not injured. after all of that another driver hit the poll across the on-ramp to pop the tire and had to have her vehicle towed but that people is off to the side. and here is something unique that even the officer has not seen before. the tow truck company is using airbas to prop up the truck and push it upright and then they will be able to tow it away and hope to have the onramp open by 6:00 this morning. >> i wondered what that was, matt. thank you for explaining.

hours and matt keller is in the dublin/pleasanton area. matt? >> yes, it is never good news when a reporter is standing in the middle of a road during the morning compute. especially here on 580. and especially on in hacienda drive on-ramp. but i have good news. let me show you. this is video of the truck being put up, upright, again. and it is back on its wheels after using the airbags and crane. this happened 15 minutes ago. they put several airbags under the length of the u.p.s. freight truck and started pumping in the air, c.h.p. said that equipment can speed things up because they do not have to off load the u.p.s. drunk and keeps it from splitting in half and causing a lot damage. it started after 1:00 when the truck driver was eating and had trouble getting it down and may have lost consciousness and hit a light pole. the driver crawled out of the truck and was not injured. now we are wait on this,
