his home. police tell us that the man was 32-years-old. they have not yet released the name. abc7 released the name of a man. he is seen here in a surveillance images and died at sfs general. the sf pd is planning a town hall meeting. the jury this morn of a teen that vanished in 2012. the man accused could face the dealt penalty. matt keller is live. >> reporter: there was an audible gasp when the judge told the potential jurors that this could last through april of last year. a lot of people are requesting hardship for those that do not

get a hardship, they're filling out this questionnaire. it has 127 questions inside. this is obviously a very important part of this high profile case. torez is charged with the murder of lamar and a charge of kidnapping. he is facing attempting charges of a car jacking. he is pledding not guilty to all charges. others relate today the investigation in case and the defense and prosecution will get to review the answers ask then ask further questions when the jurors return on november 14th. legal analysts stephen clark says that jury selection can make or break a trial. >> there's a real strategy that goes into the selection of a jury. for the prs cushion, you want a unit that will work together because they need a unanimous verdict. for the defense, you want think is that are willing to fight for

let's move on and talk about what is going on. here at home you can see in pittsburgh and on highway 4 and the western part a light shower here. still you may need an umbrella and may find some puddles on the ground. the best radar is coming up on the mountain region and that's the case today across the north bay. you can see that there's still green on the light side and over the last hour you can see that they're starting to blossom as you get the heating during the day. it's all starting the rise and to keep an isolated shower going into the afternoon hours. you can see the puffy white clouds over the east bay hill cameras. watch the next couple of nights and the moisture in ground and the skies starting to clear, it's going let out in the form of fog especially in the valleys. today's temperatures mid-60s to 70s degrees on the east bay and

down to san jose. check this out. isn't that a beautiful picture? this is the way that the day is going to un fold. there's a chance at 3:00 that they're going to taper and it's going to be cool and damp by 7:00 and most of us in upper 50s and 60s. grab a jacket and let's fast forward skpuk see by 5:00 they start to disappear and then in the over night hours you're going wash up on the north bay and then in the lake counties that's where we have the best chance of showers and the rest of us are waking up to temperatures in the mid-40s and 50s and cooler than this morning. let's take a look at the seven day forecast. what you're going see is temperatures that are going to bump up and they will start to fade at 9:00 and they're going to be soak in the sunshine just about everywhere. the temperatures are going the clip a couple of more degrees. there are not going to blow offshore and you can see the
