crash. >> new questions about the bomb square in san francisco yesterday. >> police dealt with the suspicious car outside, an unknown liquid was creep into a room inside. amy hollyfield is live for us. >> it sounds like a mysterious and gross situation in the old building, the hall of justice in san francisco. according to the "san francisco examiner" an unknown liquid seeped into a room on the 5th floor. it is not the first time we heard this. there are complains of low debts abd leaking pipes so the police moved out of the building a year and a half ago. outside, streets were shut down because of a bomb square. there was a car parked at a tow truck company with a sign threatening there was a bomb inside. they had to tell people to shelter-in-place and shut down the streets.

that is the newest from the live desk. >> happening today an oakland police officer arrested on wednesday night is now scheduled to be arraigned at hayward hall of justice of the officer walterhouse is accused of paying a prostitute for sex and tipping her off to police activity. he was arrested when he showed up for work. walterhouse has been with the department since march of 2014. official say the case is not related to the ongoing sex scandal involving several bay area law enforcement agencies. the woman at the center of that sex scandal has a new attorney. she called herself celeste guap and had sex, she said with numerous bay area officers, some while a minor. her attorney filed claims against several bay area cities and that lawyer is no longer on the case. we have learned that an attorney
