this morning while a suspect remains in critical condition after a chaotic case and she down in san francisco yesterday. officers have been chasing a man and opened fire on him. our reporter is at police headquarters. san francisco police are not returning calls or mays this morning. we have questions about there this was a justified officer shooting. they said yesterday that they did not know if the man who was shot several times by police was armed. here is video of the c.h.p. officer who was injured during the incident. i have been told this morning that he is still in the hospital but he is in fair condition with cuts and a minor injury to the head. the man who officers shot several times is in critical condition. they were chasing him because they believe he was in a stolen car, they chased him from san mateo to san francisco. witnesses say he crashed into a him and police were trying to coax him out of the car over a
