been gambling that night. they say it shows the bary heisner following her around the casino and parking lot. they say his girlfriend was driving the car. which was also captured by a neighbor's camera on citrus drive. >> never heard of anything like that occurring. so, it's pretty scary. >> who puts that much effort into hurting another human being or stalking somebody when they could have put that much effort into getting a job? >> police found the stolen purse and a flashlight. the possible weapon used in the attack at the couple's home. heisner in custody. facing attempted murder and robbery charges. marquee faces robbery charge. san jose, abc 7 news. new details on ape police shooting in the ocean view area of san francisco. police say, a man is charged with attempted murder. accused of leading police in a chase in a stolen car trying to run over a chp officer. witnesses say police shot him several times after he crashed into a home.

teenage victim of sex trafficking whose accusations, rocked seven law enforcement agencies has a new life. >> she got there in a controversial way involving armed guards, bulletproof vests and safe houses. >> i-team reporter, is here. supposedly getting death threats. >> that's right. her lawyer is saying no. but he is concerned about traffic on the internet.
