bay a man is under arrest suspected of sexually assaulting a boy with downs syndrome in a bart bathroom. amy hollyfield is at the bart station. amy? >> good morning, the man accused of doing this is in jail and facing several charges. police say this happened inside the bathroom at the pittsburg bay point bart station on saturday night. a 15-year-old boy with downs syndrome was assaulted. police arrested 38-year-old on charges of lewd acts on a child, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. in a phone interview, police say the crime surprised them. i have been here 20 years and i cannot think of negro -- think of anything remotely like this. the boy's mother was outside the bathroom waiting and the suspect fold the boy in. the mom called police for help. they say the boy was taken to

the hospital to be checked out. >> the attorney for the woman at heart of a police sex exploitation case is applauding a bay area city for deciding to fire four officers over the weekend. civil rights attorney john burris is representing 19-year-old jasmine anderson surveillance video identified sex worker who had sex with officers in seven bay area agencies, some when she was underage. burris said the richmond police officers' dismissal will help restore integrity to the department. he is representing jasmine that is dramatic to be involved in this activity beyond her complete understanding. >> five officers at other agencies have been charged with crimes ranging from having sex with a minor to obstruction of justice. abuslin is sighing richmond for

$30 million. >> the oakland police department welcomes the newest class of recruits smaller than previous academies. they are taking time to change how they hire and train officers. in less than a year eight officers have been arrested for variety of crimes. the mayor has promised to investigate the hiring process. >> a pair of suspects is identified in a homicide in snow may with arrest warrants for robert lee randolph, and maria theresa lebron from philadelphia, either there or in new jersey. the two are suspected of killing two people during a marijuana robbery on october 15. investigators thing they took a large amount of cash and marijuana and planned to ship it east. did you feel the small earthquake that rattles part of the napa? it was centered five miles southwest of yountville. it hit after 11:00 at 2.7 with
