>> a live desk update from abc7 morning. >> happening right now, all these people are still awake in chicago after a long night of celebration at wrigley. the cubs just got home to chicago and here is a look. that is first baseman rizzo who made the defame-winning catch and chicago on high celebration ending the 108 year drought. the cubs now are world champions. it was nerve wracking delay with the rain delay in the 9th and down to a one to one game in the 10th holding off cleveland in a dramatic end. the town will celebrate and chicago is a big baseball team so they will celebrate. there are a lot of places offering free deals, free stuff for chicago fans.

construction of the new development, i would say it is something that is pole related. >> rite-aid is seeking at least $2.5 million in damages. >> happening today san francisco city attorney is expected to announce a lawsuit against a developer of the sinking millennium tower. sources say the lawsuit accuses of company of defrauding condo buyers say they knew 58 story tower was sinking when it was finished in twine fine. the class-action lawsuit blamed construction on the transbay transit center saying crews weakened the soil by pumping out millions of gallons of water. officials say the weight of the tower, not their construction, is to blame. >> bart riders will not see an ad for women's underwear. take a look. we blacked something out here but you can guess what it says.

it is a spoof. it is a play on what donald trump said a few weeks ago an ad for an underwear company that will protect you from being grabbed contain a word that bart said violates their language policy. later this morning caltrain celebrating the opening of a new stretch of highway in mendocino county, with the bypass project that took three years to complete and cost $300 million. we started investigating the six mile long project after the work began in 2013 during construction, two indian tribes sued to stop the project for destroying important archeological sites to be protected by law. the bypass is designed to relieve congestion and reduce delays on 101. >> a bicycling race is returning to san jose, starting in sacramento may 14.
