yesterday made the discovery. the sheriff decided to wait until tomorrow for a full day of sunlight before digging. this is a remote area, wooded area behind a parking lot a long way from the heart of campus. >> this is the northwest quadrant of the campus, a remote area. there is no path or bike trail or classes held here. it is not a pop limited area of the -- populated area of the campus. >> out of sight but not out of mind. >> investigators do not know who it could be or if it is a man or woman, no obvious recent missing pens reports have come in. it is a mystery. from rohnert park for abc7 news. >> san jose police have charge add man with murder of a popular proffer at foothill college. the suspect is 28-year-old eddie

ruiz. he was arrested a month ago. they announced there is enough evidence to charge him. detectives say he is seen on this surveillance video, walking near willow and first street on july 28 the day of the murder. ruiz is charged with shooting and killing the professor of economics at foothill college. his wife shared the family photos with abc7. the professor leaves two young daughters. >> new this day, san francisco attorney filed suit against the develop are of the sinking millennium tower. we break the story on twitter last night. in the suit, her rather -- dennis herrera said the developers knew it sunk predicted more than predicted. he said that was before the developer told a single condo. >> we are not allow a developer or anyone el to enrich themselves at the expense of others by hiding crucial information they are required by
