missing this morning. keep an eye out for her. >> prosecutors say a couple is admitting to plotting to kill and murdering a country woman from san leandro. a volunteer for the alameda county sheriff was found beaten, stabbed and burned in an east oakland park on thursday. the prosecutors say her friend laura rodgers admitted to planning the murder. her boyfriend admitted dousing her with gas. both are held without bail. there is no word on why they targeted her. >> the woman who ran down three people outside a martinez courthouse has been identified as a 60-year-old concord woman would took her own life at the benicia bridge. it was tied to a divorce hearing. >> mostly i heard everything because it was a car crashing into each other and people yelling to stop.

>> juanita brand described the scene after leaving the family law courthouse in martinez. a driver struck three people in the crosswalk and sped off. you can see the aftermath in the photos from the martinez news gazette. >> a lady was on the ground and not moving. the driver was 60-year-old goldman, one of the three victims was her estranged husband the other two were witnesses from the hearing. >> from video surveillance video we thing she saw the other party coming out of court at the same time. >> police say goldman reversed the car struck one of the victims a second time, before she drove to the benicia bridge. sky shows where she crossed the car. >> we saw the coast guard vessel coming to the marina, not observing the no wake zone so we knew something was wrong. >> goldman jumped from the bridge to her death. investigators are reviewing

an hour ago southbound 80 around the coliseum we had a collision overnight involving a pedestrian. the beside did not survive. c.h.p. started getting the calls at 1:30 this morning that someone was walking along the freeway and shortly after that a vehicle hit that person. the fatality investigation has cleared from the far right lane and we had all southbound lines fully blocked but everything is opened as of 4:00 this morning. i can show you where that was. we don't have residual delays. that was southbound 880 north of the coliseum back in the green but a sad situation in oakland. we will look at the central valley in less than 10 minutes. >> richard's vice mayor said he was the victim of a robbery and high responds to an exclusive abc7 news worth that suggests he may have commit add crime while reporting it. >> if you drive down this road you have probably seen this man

terrorized the passengers on the flight to mexico city. the flight had to make an emergency landing because the snake believed poisonous and came out of the overhead storage bin and falls. video has gone spiral leading to many jokes of snakes on a plane. >> people will be refunded money from state farm, $104 million they challenged a rate hike requested by a company last year and the commissioner ruled the request was unwarranted but state farm was overcharging homeowners and renters and the law judge agreed.
