they expect crowds. we are seeing it on the east coast, with twitter and pictures of long lines at polling places. that is happening on the east coast. expect crowds. in contra costa county they have a lot of poll workers hired to deal with the demand. >> it will likely be busy a record breaking 19.4 million people have registered in california. that is more than 78% of the eligible residents. >> this is as chose to full participation as you see anywhere in the world. it is probably only a couple points below countries this have mandatory voting. >> a million more in california registered to vote this year than in 2012 election, the majority of newly registered voters are millennial democrats. >> if you are restepped in the city you can cast a ballot.

plotting to kill and murdering a young woman from san leandro. she was a volunteer for the alameda county sheriff, she was found beaten, stabbed and burned in an east oakland park on thursday. the prosecutors say her friend laura rodgersers admitted to planning the murder and learning segoviano to the park, and her boyfriend admitted to douse her with gas and setting her on fire. both suspected are held without bail with in word on why they would target her. >> east bay investigators are look at surveillance video of an incident where a woman deliberately ran over three people including her estranged husband and then right after, she juneed to her debt off the benicia bridge. this began yesterday afternoon at the martinez family law courthouse. the 60-year-old kimberly coldman drove into three people would left a divorce hearing, one an estranged husband and the other
