>> about ten minutes ago the fire alarm was going off at registrar of voters. everyone was evacuated from the scene taken to the parking lot from the building and not allowed back in. i talked with the register and the room with the balloted was lock asked no one was allowed they came out of the building and that means the voting has to stop and the counting of ballot has to stop. >> people are delaying a big turn out on election day at the santa clara registrar of voters office. officials believe they could threaten to break the all-time voter turn out record of 86% sent in 2008. workers have a jump on tallying the vote and hope to have usually ballots counted and ready to support when the polls close at 8:00 p.m. one, two, three, say "vote."

it was dramatic, hundreds evacuated wait at parking lot as the fire alarm went off but here is what i heard from a spokesperson. volunteers for donald trump's campaign are working into 9 last minute. we were in sunnyvale as they burned the midnight oil manning a phone bank. supports say they will spend today reach out to voters in battleground states. if you have questions at the poll they have volunteers take calls. "7 on your side" hotline is running and can answer your questions or conduct you with someone would can answer your questions. first responders pulled the driver out of the s.u.v. and the opinion's arm was moving before being loaded into the ambulance but we do not know their condition. this happened on the oakland side of the tunnel. >> we will be right back

clouds...they are rooming through the skies slowly. and here is what is happening from mount tam at two to five miles per hour. voting for more warmth and sunshine, widespread fog is more likely and not so warm this weekend a few sprinkles possible across the north bay. now, the winds are calm or nearly blowing offshore. we have total sunshine and you can see the marine layer it is there, but it will not be close to the coach until after the sun is setting and the high clouds are moving up north. almost total sunshine this afternoon. you can see the temperatures in the upper 60 to floorly 70 degrees and in san francisco we are at 70. not far behind, oakland is at 67. san jose is at 69. 74 in san francisco, san rafael, oakland, 73, we have concord and palo alto and san jose at 76 and the warm spot is livermore, 77, and temperatures nearing the 70 degree warm you may want to head out there and at 3:00, the swells get up to around 20 not
