% still on the scene. they brought in the f.b.i. to help. they are using their investigative tools to help solve this case. >> oakland police proposed off a few positives of the arcadia park neighborhood for the entire morning and brought in the f.b.i. to help and quietly searched a large area for clues in the deaths of three people. as they worked, the impact of what happened here wasn't lost on them. >> it is a death of a human, three human beings and it will be a very trying times for families and the neighborhood. it is a quiet neighborhood in oakland. pretty shock to the neighborhood. >> police got the call that someone heard gunshots at 12:20. they arrived on dunbar drive they found a got shot victim lying in the street and a fire burning in a garage. inside the burning home, they found two other people who had been shot, another person at the home was take anyone for questioning. >> we are questioning a person

in san francisco. we remain over the scene at 8:30 a.m. when fortunately the haz-mat situation was isolate to the pier with no immediate danger to the public. the 26 workers remain treated for minor injuries, two going to the hospital. >> this is deemed "natural, normal trash byproducts," anything from household garbage to paint to household cleaners. they have everything at this facility. even though we are told not to put them in the recycling. >> fills state air around the building is clear and employees are in the process of getting back to work. >> we get our first look at the san jose man police arrested for an accident that left a man dead and sent two members of our news team to the hospital. this is 41-year-old gomez now charged with felony d.u.i. and vehicular manslaughter. a man walking near 4th and santa clara streets was hit and killed.
