listen up, an area is shut down between woman and poplar for a couple of hours. you can see what is going on, east fremont after a high speed chase, a white honda crashed into several cars and it flipped several types. it landed upside down. it started with this chase, from san francisco, police say that they were trying to pull over the armed suspects and the pursuit ended with a crash in sunnyvale after 1:00 a.m. the driver is hospitalized and one passenger died at the scene. the other was handcuffed. >> a quiet san mateo community waking up to the news this morning that a busy budget el was raided in their neighborhood. amy hollyfield is at the house. amy? >> neighbors tipped off police. they say that something didn't feel right at this rental home on west 20th avenue in san

they are going did new try to find the women because they would like to help them. we are hearing from federal investigators this morning following a deadly because crash that killed five children. authorities in tennessee released the driver's mug shot 24-year-old john walker facing several charges including vehicular homicide. the ntsb wrapped up a news conference and official say that the crew will arrive in chattanooga this morning. earlier indications point to reckless driving by the driver as the cause of the crash. 35 children were on the bus when it hit a tree yesterday. five died. two dozen were hurt. breaking news, look how close this group of children came to being hit by a police car earlier on sunday in pennsylvania. the officers were chasing a stolen vehicle and a van sent a cruiser spinning it out-of-control and the cruisers barely missed the kids and hit a parked minivan. the officer suffered minor injuries. i cannot believe this video. the suspect escaped. >> a sheriff deputy killed in the line of duty will be laid to rest on november 13. services start at 11:00 at cross point community church in modesto. the 20-year veteran of the for was well-known in his community.

breaking news from the live desk. president-elect donald trump's administration said it will not pursue any further investigations of hillary clinton relate toddler private e-mail server or the clinton foundation according to the former campaign manager kellyanne conway. this breaks one of his campaign promises. he made the mention back in october during a second presidential debate threatening clinton governor he won he would tell his attorney general to get a special prosecutor to look into her situation. i will keep digging into this to find out why he is going back on his promise, with another update from the live desk in a few minutes. reggie? >> thank you. we are preparing new details of what hands to kayne west. this is video from outside the ucla medical center where he is waking up hospitalized for a psychological evaluation after what was called a domestic
