my son when young, fast girls see something they like, they go after it." >> 4:33. the man arrested for the murder of a san francisco public works employee will make the first court appearance. police arrested 26-year-old yesterday saying he shot and killed germane jackson jr. on wednesday morning. while jackson was cleaning up graffiti at portrero hill. there is no motive released. all the san francisco police officers association is asking the public to weigh in on proposed changes to its "use-of-force" policy. >> this could happen with a proposal before the city police commission. with this prohibited weapons policy, we can't stop senseless slaughter. >> the officers association released a new ad showing an angry man driving into a crowd of people and an officer hesitating to pull his weapon. police say the new policy would prohibit officers from drawing weapons against a moving

>> bad news for bart riders in parts of the east bay. i have a map of our bart routes. i want to explain what happened and who is impacted. between richmond and mcarthur station in the oakland area there will be very limited service at least for the foreseeable future this morning, we had a maintenance vehicle lose a wheel on the tracks there in downtown berkeley and they are work on getting the vehicle removed and they will have to inspect the tracks. we have single tracking from richmond to the yellow line could be impacted from pittsburg because it connects at mcarthur. keep a close cry on that with amy hollyfield headed to el cerrito station. if you driving this morning we are okay westbound 80 the camera is shaking and it is breezy. but no significant delays on the road so far. we look at drive times next.
