who escaped if santa clara jail. both have been caught along with two other men who also escaped. vic lee joins us live with a look at the future for these men. >> the two faced long prison terms, 30 dshgs 40 years, now, tack on an extra 15 months for a jail break. >> he appeared in court with a face tattoo fully visible. his capture appeared to show he applied makeup. the arraignment capped a manhunt for chavez and campbell. they escaped from county jail thanksgiving week, sawing through the window bars and repelling down bed sheets.

store in corde madera. >> three redwood city men have been arrested for homes in the bay area. investigators say the three may be responsible for other home burglaries on the peninsula. attorneys for san francisco were in federal court today defending the city against a lawsuit by the family of kate steinle, the woman killed on pier 14 but an undocumented immigrant. the wrongful death lawsuit says the city is responsible for the death because the sheriff released lopez-sanchez instead of handing him over to immigration for deportation. >> san francisco's sanctuary city law is not a safe harbor for felons or undocumented
