we hear the lanof the building just showed up? >> he was here a few moments ago. for the people living in this area, the power is still out. we are just now hearing from pg&e. they will turn it back on at 8:00 this morning. i will show you why they turned it off. there is a giant crane here that is part of the recovery efforts. they wented the power out so in they accidentally ran into the power lines they would be safe. power is back on. at 8:00 this morning. that is an important element to the people would live in the area. we just shot a video of derick ion almena the leaders of the artist collective and he was out here at the scene moments ago. you can see he did not stop to make comments and left with a group of men who surrounded and protected him. he told abc7 on sunday in an exclusive interview the people who died were his children, his friends, his families, his love.

leaders of the transgender community organized the tribute saying a number of trans people are thought to have lived in the warehouse and they are concerned they could be among the unidentified victims. all the d.a., investigators are looking at two things, whether there is criminal liability for the fire and if so, who is liable? the d.a. said has interviewed key people associated with ghost ship and the city could be held liable for not enforcing building and safety codes. >> the range of charges could be murder. all the way to involuntary manslaughter. until we know what the evidence shows this could be other charges if the evidence republicans -- presents that the ought d.a. will use any resources necessary to bring justice to the victims and family. >> including individuals like the willing owner and the founder of the art collective. >> there is information we will
