it happened at 10:30 on beach treat. firefighters took out the chainsaws and cut away to get the tree out of the way of the sidewalk. no one was hurt. bad news? they have two claims to file with their insurance company and have to get someone out here to cut up the tree and take it off their property. >> look at damage in portola valley, a large tree limb crashed into a home at morning. there was one person inside at the time. no injuries were reported. the home has been red tagged until it can be cleared by an inspector. all the mess continues in san anselmo falling tree on a louse and the mercedes.

>> santa rosa police say two parents have been arrested for school thefts in the bay area including after their own kids' school. police say the couple hit safety elementary schools in santa rosa, rohnert park and are acussed of stealing from teachers and staff during school hours. in must cases the couple walked in to empty choose rooms and walked off with purses, wall lets and other personal property. >> berkeley resident said this woman stole her identity and opened a number fraudulent lines of credit around the bay area using the credit to boy several thousand dollars worth of merchandise at costco and target. she has a cursive tattoo on left side of her neck you can kind of see and almost waist length brown hair and it is not clear the role of the man but he is considered a "person of interest" in the case. >> police are looking for
