overseas, italian police have shot and killed the suspect in the berlin christmas market attack. the interior minister confirmed that anis amri died in the shoot out in milan. in the past hour we learned from police that yanukovich traveled through france and -- that yanukovich -- that through france and then got to italy. he shot an officer who is expected to drive. 12 died in berlin when the truck ran through the christmas market. >> we monitor breaking news on malta. this is a plane that is believed hijacked, the libyan jetliner is on the tarmac and passengers have been getting off plane. "good morning america" is tweeting three minutes ago that the hijackers have agreed to release all 111 passengers. it is believed the two hijackers are still on board and have been
