close to 5:24 p.m. to the north we go around san ramon, danville, light showers at this hour and a the activity is really going to wind down as you approach midnight tonight so much of the wet weather experience was in the morning hours, take a look at this. a widespread soaking, half an inch in san jose and three-quarters in san francisco and close that in oakland and even concord. almost two-thirds of an inch of rain. we're seeing those numbers fall into the 40s. currently 47 in santa rosa and right now we're 51 in san jose and watching the light showers approach the south bay and 49 fremont and the storm earlier this morning. it was a 2, a moderate storm and brought the heavy downpours and downgraded it this evening to one. there is a chance of an isolated showers and not anything widespread. future weather and let's go hour by hour. 9:00 if you do have some evening plans and grab the umbrella. don't need it the entire time and if you stay unsettled

this season this is a robot revolution, a host of high-tech interactive toys out thereto on the market. >> your child might really want one. which one do you get an do they make good toys? >> 7 on your side's michael finney has your answers. "consumer reports" mechanical engineer emilio gonzalez put five toy roberts through this test checking for responsiveness and level of sophistication and overall fun factor and then he handed the controls over to a tougher crowd. the spin master zoomer chip is a personality-filled robot who responds to voice commands in english or french. unlike many robots he doesn't need a mobile device to work, but after about 20 minutes of play the chimp needs an hour of recharging. the wowwee chip simmonds to verbal commands, head taps and signals from a wrist band.
