what i'm talking about? >> it's about finding someone to match your crazy, you know? >> good luck getting a boyfriend. it's not unusual to see skiers and snowboarders hit the slopes to enjoy the perfect weather for sports. this is david edward and there's something very special about him. >> we got on the chair lift the first time. >> that's actually the hardest thing to do. >> it really is, actually. and he's thrilled that he's able to get on the chair lift. this isn't the first time he's been out skiing, though. in fact, he's skied before in his life. so for ten years he was unable to, because of back surgery that damaged his left leg. >> that's awesome. >> -- with my left leg. >> here's the thing, seven months ago that left leg was amputated. he now has a prosthetic and he decided it was now or never to get back on the slope ready to
3:31 pm
go. and we can see his leg in the boot. >> we felt like without the leg up or the sleeve up, nobody would believe that he's actually an amputee. >> so now you'll be regaining the respect. i love it. >> and it's his son recording this and kind of guiding him back to skiing. and you can see that he's excited. however, nervous. he does think this is a day of firsts, the first day on the list, the first day on his skis. and the first time he's done this because even though he does better than expected, he still has a little moment. >> some of us wish we could ski like that. >> true. he did share his experiences through the whole process on his facebook page with his family. you can see him in crutches without his leg. >> you see everyone lifting up their legs. what a cute family. >> it's got to feel so good for him to get back out there and
3:32 pm
get fresh air, be with your son. >> he does it and figures it out. >> if they would have let the pant leg down, you would have never known. >> well done. wow. >> put your hand up when you are ready to break. we're in toronto with snow on the road, but the roads aren't very clear. he already put the foot on the brake, right? >> up ahead there were a bunch of red lights coming in six or seven cars in. >> okay, good. you've hit the brakes, you've hit the brakes, i think the person with the dash cam video also should have hit the brakes. you did see it coming a while mile away. this guy just not willing to slow down and trying to speed through and boom. >> that's like three, four lane changes by that guy in 40 seconds. because he's keeping speed with everyone while weaving. we are in china, two young school girls on their way to school but -- >> oh! >> are they cokokay?
3:33 pm
>> this huge truck smashes into the two girls. the one immediately jumps to her feet. she miraculously is uninjured but the other girl is left on the street crying. she was taken to the hospital surprisingly with only a broken arm. >> oh, my gosh! >> it's already said the driver will likely be held responsible for this incident. and now to salt lake city, again, the girl sees snow around. the guy here on a motorcycle, hit the brake with your hand when you're ready. oh! >> well, you don't really get a chance. >> that's the point. you don't see that one coming. >> that's going to come rolling out from the left. >> there's a supermarket up there. there it is, the cart comes rolling down the hill. between those two cars out in the traffic, one car misses it, another one just punts it. if you look closely, it looks like it got away because there are so many firsts in there. >> look at him chasing after it. >> the big plus side of the
3:34 pm
video is it shows there are still trolls out there that can roll in a straight line. it never happens to me. >> thankfully, nobody was injured in this incident. when you're in trouble, you call the police. or you call the fuzz. and that's exactly what they did in kenya. they called fuzz. that's actually a guy's name. he's an adviser with a northern range land trust. they heard about a young hippo stuck out in the wild in a mud puddle. vets say he only had days to live. so the trust also called the davis sheldrick wildlife rescue in. >> he was already stuck. that's their environment. but the mud just was too goopy. >> they gave it a light tranquilizer to make sure they take care of it. so they took it to the trust orphanage. and now it's going to get
3:35 pm
cleaned up. let me just tell you, they gave this little creature some very nice accommodations. >> so no word on where mom is, huh? mom was nowhere to be found. >> no word on mom. but the good news is that these people did great, great work on rehabilitating the animals. so good for them. i'm glad they had the resources to take it in because look, look, he's got a ready-made pool and house ready for him. >> that looks fun. >> no word on how they found it, but it's amazing they were able to get to him because this is an area that is covered by a lot of forest. so they had to use a helicopter to go in and fetch him. now they immediately start imagining martial arts, but k g kungfu is any thing to achieve through hard work and practice. in the case of these videos, that concept is strong. the first one -- >> yes! >> no, no, nope.
3:36 pm
no, he didn't. >> watch the camera all in one shot. there you can see it just misses the bull's-eye in the green area there. but they said that is legitimately -- >> he made it look way too easy. >> now the next set of videos features a rapper, dancer, swimmer, acrobat, gymnast enthusiast. and he's a freak. >> that's not fair. >> he's just getting started. this is what i do in the gym, he does the leg raises, but then he does something i can't do, gets down, starts doing one leg piston squats. >> no. >> sort of hops up onto the little table. jean claude van dam that child is frisky! this kid will be an olympic gymnast of some kind.
3:37 pm
watch this. seeing him with a couple trx above his head and he starts muscling his way upside down. and this kind is epic. if you want to follow him on instagram it's simple. each one of these videos is picking up a couple thousand views. this kid is going to be famous. desperate times call for desperate measures. >> i'm hiding in the pantry. >> hiding in the pantry. what is she hiding from? why is she in there? what is going on? >> find out what she's hiding from. and there's a bandit in canada -- >> they just can't catch it. >> see the criminal on the move. >> did he get away?
3:39 pm

that i never really tuned into. there's a bandit in canada and they just can't catch it. >> he said it. i'm suspicious already. there you see him roaming at the door, sizing up the joint. >> please tell me he stills the nuts. >> it looks around, cases the joint a little more. the coast is clear. >> the coast is not clear at all. he's going to get caught! >> it's crunchy. i love crunchy! it's got honeycomb and honey inside. >> oh, yeah. the foot chase is on. they are going to chase it. >> the there you see they run out to what looks like the back of the store. >> did it get away? >> oh! >> that's the thing, it always gets away. but the store owners have owned this place seven years or so and say recently this squirrel has
