traffic and hit a car. >> endangering the baby. what does the baby have to do with it? >> when he made impact with the driver, he asked the driver to delete the footage and the driver declined. thankfully the baby wasn't injured. police say they've educated the man on why this is not a good idea. this is in russia. you can see a wedding party and the couple on top of this bridge. >> uh-oh. >> they're all there to take nice photos and also to do this. >> woo! >> they throw the bouquet off the bridge and land in the river. as they do that, you hear a scream of fear. you're wondering what's going on. it's only as they pan up you can see a dad and daughter on the side of that river. apparently the daughter had been playing, the ice had given way. dad went to rescue her but the weight of his body gave way as well, tumbling them both in the ice cold daughter. dad was able to get the daughter out on the side but now she's screaming for help.

>> so they weren't part of the wedding party. >> no, they're just down there playing. this just happened to happen as the camera was rolling and as this party was there. as you can see, you can't get out. but people are quick to go and help. fortunately there's a tree down nearby, they were able to get first this piece of wood and then a longer one which means he can get a grip while nobody else gets too close, and pulling him out of the water. >> i'm glad that second piece of wood didn't end up breaking the ice more. i can't believe he was playing there with his daughter. >> at the same time, it's just a walk along the river. children will sometimes do things, you can't hold the father responsible. fortunately in this case there were enough people around that when it happened, they could act. there's a group in russia that is very, very passionate about people who don't park properly. >> mm-hmm.
