so there's video of this. >> where there consequences for him? >> yes, she's very smart. she knew there was a video available and decided to take a copy of it to authorities and did press assault charges against this guy. so she is going to be a big thorn on his butt for a long time. and he's not going to like it. >> he's going to be testing out his argument skills in court. >> yep. for this next story we have to head to the former head of my sister in a castle. what you're seeing here is the changing of the guard, the keep's guard. in fact, these guys are notorious for not moving, not even smiling. and then you try to get them to react and they don't do it. but watch this, another guard. >> hey! that is adorable. >> that is marshall scott, it's his 4th birthday. he's got his entire queen's guard outfit. as the guys go marching past, bang, busts out his salute.

it's so awesome. the three soldiers dismiss but one stays behind. he goes to attention and then gestures to little marshall, brings him over to stand next to him. marshall stands next to him, busts out this salute. this was captured by a tourist. watch closely. you never see a reaction, but watch the soldier's face. he sticks his tongue out really quickly. but watch him march his way back into the guard room. he says, i just remember when i was younger and wanted a picture with a soldier. seeing marshall in a uniform made me proud of what i do and wanted him to have a picture for his own memories. later i was told it was his birthday so it made the moment even better. >> the kid has no idea how great
