>> no! no! >> look at his wallet. >> you had it in your pocket the entire time. all you had to say was you are not that person. >> hand over the i.d. but there is this thing, why am i always on the suspect and it puts you on the defense? >> in the end, he was arrested and charged with assaulting a police officer and a different public order offense. both charges were later dropped because of this video. they were able to analyze the video and realize that judah didn't assault either one of the officers, but not just that, it turns out that judah here is a founding member of the police department's own independent advisory group on race relations. and he knew exactly what his rights were. >> so whatever happened to the person at large? >> see, that's the question. >> no word on whether they caught the other person or not. but the local authorities did also release a statement thanking judah for his work in the department as an adviser.
