federal complaint came from anton fowler's cell mate. that deputy myers would get fowler a gun when he was released. >> eye burglary happened last year. >> the burglary according to the complaint an insurance exam. her home was broken into her sheriff's department pistol ballistic vest and a hand radio stolen a surveillance camera across the street showed deputy myers was at home at the time of the burglary. deputy myers filed a $67,000 insurance claim.

oakland this morning, as the city tore down a homeless encampment. police kept a watchful eye as people shouted in protest like that woman you saw. it was made up of much more than tents. just recently built by homeless advocates in the neighborhood. the city says they need the property for a public park. >> they took over a public park without any permits and communication. we had a lot of complaints from neighbors. >> the city documented 18 health violations. in all 12 homeless resident thes were displaced. there is room at a shelter for them. the war of words is heating up today between president trump and arnold schwarzenegger. it began at the traditional

san francisco's board of supervisors is trying to determine who's at fault for the

tilting millennium tower. jack maylee served on the project's peer review board. today supervisor eric peskin and residents criticized him for not saunding the alarm early enough. >> he knew there would be dewatering next door and didn't mention anything about it in his letter. he knew there had been no geo technical peer review. but didn't mention it in his letter. >> the other things that the board of supervisors thinks i should be looking at were not in my scope. >> he says he does not feel scapegoated by today's accusations. he did his job completely which was to look at the tower's reinforced structure muny street cars have run through the tunnel since 1998.
