hilton hotel in the tenderloin, landing right in front of the patrol car apparently. police arrested the two men around midnight, police believe it is possible that a third base jumper got away. base jumping is not illegal, per se, but the men were charged with conspiracy. it didn't appear they were guests of the hotel, they made their way somehow to the hotel and found their way to the roof. >> abc news reporter amy hollyfield refused to talk on camera, but said he was not jumping for attention. and people forced out of their homes last week. a check was given for $5 million. abc 7 reporter katie marzullo has more. >> reporter: ama, the check is making its way to flood victims,

away. on the impact scale, saturday, sunday, light rain, we expect anywhere from about a tenth to 3/4 of an inch of rain, not a washout, breezy to gusty at times, on saturday you will see the light rain in the north bay. at 4:00, we're still tracking rain. at 8:00 p.m., very light in nature, widespread, heading into sunday morning the rain will spread over to showers sunday afternoon. not going to be one of those storms where you have to watch out for flooding but we'll see some rain for your weekend. here is a look at what will happen in the mountains, it will turn to snow in the resorts, picking up a foot to two feet. accuweather sunday forecast, we'll go dry and warm at least for your thursday, inland areas in the upper 60s, low-to-mid 60s for the coast and bay, temperatures begin to go down, it's much cooler as we head into the second half of the weekend,
