we are getting our first look this morning at a dramatic helicopter rescue in mesa, arizona. it lowered down and the man grabbed on to the railing. recent heavy rains fed the already ingorged salt river leaving that man stranded. luckily he wasn't injured. >> and luckily he can hold his own strength because if that was any of us, that wouldn't be the case. >> well, we know after the old wife carrying incident, that you

would not do well. >> and you thought the only thing i couldn't carry was a note. and now to the investigation involving a day care worker who appears to push a 4-year-old down a flight of stairs. >> the worker spotted a newly installed security camera right after it happened. >> reporter: this disturbing video shows a 4-year-old girl, apparently being shoved down the stairs at a philadelphia area day care. the worker then appears to note this is camera. at that point she holds the little girl's hand and walks her down the remaining steps. >> the little girl was really shaken pup and i'm like -- her eyes literally were like help me. >> reporter: that day care manager happened to be watching on a new camera that had just been installed a half hour earlier. >> so i confronted her what are you doing? we don't do this to children. >> reporter: the little girl wasn't seriously injured but the day care worker was immediately
