a south bay youth pastor is under arrest. sheriff's officers are afraid he was stalking girls. thank you for joining us tonight. >> investigators found several disturbing clues, including collages of young women being compared to a shrine. >> he's being held at the santa clara county jail. katie? >> reporter: right now, he's accused of stalking girls who investigators have identified. but the sheriff's department believes there are many more girls. they just don't know who they are yet. >> he's accused of stalking four girls, santa clara county investigators believe there are

19 alleged victims based on what they found at his home in cupertino. >> we saw he had a lot of photographs of young girls. pretty scary stuff. >> investigators also found gifts they believe were intended for would be victims. they say he applied for jobs and volunteer positions at churches and schools. he handed out this business cart to girls, the website all about inner beauty and jesus. >> it's about finding people who are potential victims, cultivating people, trying to earn their trust. >> one 14-year-old girl claimed he followed her home on multiple occasions. a neighbor said she had an unsettling interaction with him a few months ago. >> i had to call the police on him. he was harassing some high schoolers that were walking by. >> a mom who lives on the street says it's shocking. >> this is an area where we have

a good school district. it's hard to believe. >> officers believe he followed one girl to the los angeles area. anyone who's encountered him is asked to come forward. now to sky 7 and a strike against sexism. that's just one of the many signs that popped up tonight in downtown oakland. hundreds of women gathered to mark international women's day. >> kate larson has been covering the event all evening. >> the event lasted about five hours. it moved through the streets of downtown oakland, with a bold and loud message for president trump from a woman's movement with growing energy. dressed in red, hundreds marched through the streets of downtown oakland tonight.

a man confessed to killing his daughter-in-law with a hammer. he was arrested this morning. police say he killed 29-year-old shamina bibi in the garage of the family home tuesday morning. he told investigators she disrespected him. >> the thing that set this off was the bike was pushed over or thrown down or something happened to the bike, possibly some words were exchanged. >> singh is being held without bail, he's expected to appear in court later this week. six members of a family have been charged in the killing of a san jose little league coach. frank navarro was stabbed over the weekend. santos trevino is the one who stabbed navarro, it was a fight over a confiscated i.d. all of the suspects are pictured here, andrew is scheduled to be

in court tomorrow palo alto police have identified six additional suspects at an apple store last december. these are three of the suspects arrested in the december 4th burglary. police have arrested nine of the ten people. >> a bay area family is coping with a horrific loss. >> he was a beautiful person inside and out. >> the husband of the bay area woman taken off life support reveals the last second plea that would have kept her off the flight. a nude photo of this california marine was posted john line. she has a strong message for anyone saying boys will be boys.

and an apartment has about a foot. there's no word yet from utility crews on any repairs. a fourth person has died as a result of the small plane crash in riverside last week. all of them were from san jose. >> stacy pierce was taken off life support today. rob mcmillan from our sister station in los angeles looks at how the family is doing. >> they said, we can keep her life support or keep her comfortable. the family made a decision to keep her comfortable. >> richard pierce and two of his four children stopped by the crash site one last time to place candles and flowers to remember 46-year-old stacy pierce before heading home to san jose. >> she was the love of my life. and i can't even wrap my head

support even from complete strangers. >> after spending about half an hour here at the crash site this morning, the family went to thank some of the local firefighters, from there it was home to san jose. in riverside, rob mcmillan, abc 7 news. a marine whose image was posted without her consent on a secret facebook page says she's disgusted and disheartened by the scandal. she spoke out today with attorney gloria allred by her side. she learned last august that a nude picture of her was posted on marines united. she notified military officials. >> victim blaming and the excuse that some are giving that boys will be boys needs to stop. it is an excuse to justify the perpetrator's behavior and

look at live doppler 7, we have high clouds over head, and we're starting to see a little bit of fog forming near the coast. it did form this afternoon and it cleared away, it's coming back again. temperatures in the 50s, really comfortable outside this afternoon. we did see a warming trend with 70s showing up, primarily in the low 70s for our warmest communities, that's going to change as you take a look at the temperatures for the south bay tomorrow. san jose, 73 degrees, plenty of low to mid-70s tomorrow afternoon, time to break out the shorts. in honor of international women's day. the tower is all lit up in red. beautiful view there. we check out your tree pollen, it's going to be running high tomorrow. if you have the itchy runny eyes, nose, you know what i'm talking about, the throat, the post nasal drip, it's going to be a rough day tomorrow. a live look from our emeriville camera, the bay lights and it's

just a beautiful picture there. fog near the coast in the morning, mild patent next seven days. rain may return the middle of next week. don't get too used to this idea. first thing tomorrow morning, look out for the fog. visibility will be low around the coast. temperatures primarily in the low 40s to 50s. fog near the coastline. it may locally move past the coast into the sfo area and parts of the east bay at 5:00 a.m. we will see some patchy fog around the delta for the morning commute. and then the fog will clear away from all inland areas where it does form, but not near the coast. for your afternoon in the south bay, we'll go with mild weather. 73 in san jose on the peninsula. fog keeping your coastal highs about the same as today in the low 60s, perhaps a little lower. 61 downtown san francisco. 64 in san francisco. and daily city, 61 i should say. in the north bay, filtered sunshine. 73 napa, 74 in santa rosa.
