passenger, 17-year-old, shot twice. driver unharmed. here in the back of the chp car being questioned and driver is answering more questions from investigators at chp headquarters, two men wearing black bandanas. dodge charger. >> vehicle is traveling northbound on 101 and suspect came up on the right side and began shooting at them. >> stretcher brought out and one of the individuals, majority of his clothes taken off and i could see it was revealedaledald type of wound. from my vantage point, i think here, saw redness here. i don't know what that was. >> reporter: photos taken soon after the victims stopped their car here. victim shot on the right side of

his body. medics rushed to help hichlt freeway meantime was shut down soon after. four lanes of highway 101 north are still closed and traffic diverted onto the 280, interchange. small but important portion of the freeway off-limits. unclear when will reopen for if impact the morning commute. victim at regional medical center and officials don't know at this hour if the injuries are life threatening and also don't know if victims targeted or random shooting. live in san jose, lisa amine glejian, abc7 news. next story. dental deception. says joseph hirsch may have been posing as dentist treating
