investigators at chp headquarters, two men wearing black bandanas. dodge charger. >> vehicle is traveling northbound on 101 and suspect came up on the right side and began shooting at them. >> stretcher brought out and one of the individuals, majority of his clothes taken off and i could see it was revealedaledald type of wound. from my vantage point, i think here, saw redness here. i don't know what that was. >> reporter: photos taken soon after the victims stopped their car here. victim shot on the right side of his body. medics rushed to help hichlt freeway meantime was shut down soon after. four lanes of highway 101 north are still closed and traffic
