surveillance video in suburban boston capturing a slow speed head-on collision. that white suv rounded the curve in the left lane. police credit the dreifort sedan with smart thinking. he minimized the impact. there were only minor injuries. >> the suspect of baltimore's public enemy number one is under arrest this morning. police say 26-year-old antonio wright turned himself in near the saturday's fire in east baltimore. he's accused of throwing two molotov cocktails into a home killing two teenagers and injuring six other people. one of the victims is in critical condition with life threatening injuries. at l at least a dozen arrested monday night for rioting outside of a jail in pittsburgh, pennsylvania. police say rioters broke windows at the allegheny county jail as well as windows on multiple police cruisers. many of the protesters were carrying sticks and wearing

masks. authorities are disputing claims by the demonstrators of protests inside the jail. organizers of the protest say they want the jail closed. at least one officer was injured. >> next to the criminal caves oklahoma state senator ralph shortey. his attorneys saying this morning that the senator plans to resign. senator shortey is facing felony child prostitution charges alleging he solicited sex from a 17-year-old boy. oklahoma's state senate voted unanimously last week on a resolution stripping him of most of his legislative privileges. >> the federal government will explain new restrictions this morning on incoming flights from some foreign countries. passengers on direct flights on foreign airlines from airports in certain middle east and african countries will not be allowed to bring electronic devices into the cabin with them, just phones and medical devices. laptops, tablets and pretty up everything else will have to go into checked baggage. >> what's likely happened is that the government, the u.s. government has developed some intelligence that a group or

motive or cause of death saying the investigation is ongoing. >> oil is expected to start flowing through the dakota access pipeline this week. that's the word from the company building that pipeline. energy transfer partners says coordinated physical attacks at the site will not stop operations. the company did not provide details about those attacks. the pipeline stretches more than 1,000 miles from north dakota to illinois. david rockefeller is being remembered this morning for using his fortune to help others. the billionaire banker and philanthropist died in his sleep on monday. the former head of chase bank was the last surviving grandson of oil tycoon j.d. rockefeller. he was 101 years old. in the nba, the dislike between kevin durant's old team and his new team is growing. last night in oklahoma city, the warriors against the thunder. the teams were setting up for that late jump ball and then you saw the shoving match that took place there. the warriors' steph curry even

it's not clear how he ended up in that creek though. a consumer alert about a new way scammers are trying to get your money. >> so the con involves fraudsters posing as your bank to try to get you to provide sensitive information, of course. here's abc's gloria riviera. >> reporter: con artists pretending to be your bank. morgan fletcher from south carolina getting a phone call from the scammers. >> they were saying i had fraudulent charges on my account. and that i needed to verify that i was the rightful owner. >> reporter: in san diego, arab ca liker getting a letter in the mail claiming to be from chase bank and asking that she verify her address online with user i.d. and password. this email also supposedly from chase alerting kim bateman in arizona that her account was being used in mexico. >> asked if i would clink on a link that would unlock the account for me. >> just one wrong letter tipping bateman off. >> i noticed that chase online, there was no e at the end of

fire crews are investigating this morning after a massive fire tore through an empty apartment complex under construction in overland park, kansas. the fire actually quickly spread to nearby homes and buildings, as well. the smoke was visible from at least a half mile away. at least 17 homes were destroyed or badly damaged. one fire official described the scene as a war zone. three firefighters were injured but not seriously. turning now to an atlanta courtroom and the trial of an
