suspect vehicle but this is the city's ninth fatal crash involving a car and a pedestrian last year. 23 such cases last year. a volunteer volleyball case in sunny veil is facing charges for annoying and molesting two minors. he was arrested on friday. the investigation started on friday after a 13-year-old girl reported that martin made inappropriate comments to her via social media. the police identified a second victim. anyone with information is asked to call sunny vail police. a vote is happening tomorrow. the raiders want to build a dome stadium in vegas. nfl owners haven't decided if that vote will take place. 24 of the 36 owners must vote in favor. on friday, the latest plans to replace the coliseum and keep the raiders in town.

one person is dead and 15 others hurt after shots were fired inside this cincinnati nightclub around 1:30 in the morning. plice say several men got into a fight at the bar and opened fire. they're still working to identify the shooting suspects. five of the shooting victims are still in the hospital, two in critical condition, the other three are stable at this hour. police in las vegas have identified the man supported of a deadly shooting on a bus.

he was arrested yesterday after an hour's long standoff on the strip. police say he was sitting on the back of the bus yesterday when he opened fire for no apparent reason. a 57-year-old was shot and killed, not man was wounded. he barricaded himself inside the bus until he eventually surrender surrendered. an investigation is under way in san bernardino county after 20 people fell ill at a conference center. 13 of the people were hospitalized. cal fire tweeted this picture of firefighters responding last night. it's still not clear what caused the victim to get sick. the san bernardino county department of public health is investigati investigating. a fresno student has fulfilled her dying father's wish. his daughter's skill made the graduation here. here's veronica milliner from our sister situation. >> for some students graduation can't come soon enough.
