began, forcing crews to it's rush to put it out. it started yesterday morning on san pablo avenue. today the authorities released. it edwin anderson also died in the fire. the names of the other two not been released. the fire broke out about 5:20 this morning at launlder land coin op on tennessee street in vallejo. an initial investigation shows the flames may have sparked there a cutting device that someone was trying to use to break in. no one has been arrested. in san francisco, two people are recovering from an apartment building. the firefighters say they rescued a 91-year-old woman using a wheelchair from a third floor window. the second adult was also rescued. both are expected to be okay. the ntsb says inadequate by

breaking news in downtown los angeles where police negotiating with a woman who has climbed a construction crane and left herself in the cab. >> construction workers have cut off power to the crane to immobilize it. right now the police department is trying to talk with the woman inside. the fire department is figging out a plan to safely climb the crane to get to her. all this happening at a construction site on chavez avenue in los angeles. moving organization dust is not just a problem around the house. the tiny bars are helping to preserve the sierra nevada.

dust is providing night rents to vegetation in the sierra and it is coming from halfway around the world. researchers found dust from as far as asia. there was also dust from the central valley. this showed up in the journal, nature communications. here's a look at cyclone debby over australia. the full scale of the cyclone really comes into view here. it caused widespread damage. the winds are gusting up to 270-miles-per-hour. you can see the winds in play. and these pictures, as waves crash against the shoreline. the power of the water is churning up heavy snow like foam along a beach clubhouse. isn't that interesting? now to another very cool picture. take a look at the teenager who just made history with this move.
