testifying before congress. two northern california anti-abortion activist that made anti-abortion activist that made undercover videos of pa parenthood are now being charged. the california attorney general filed charges agains two people, and the videos were made without the consent in the people in them and that violates the law. a deal to settle corruption charges against pg & e could mean a small drop in your gas bill. under the settlement pg & e will forego collecting $63 million in natural gas costs for the next

two years, and that deal still has to be signed off on. and then the homeowners association announced the filing of a lawsuit against the developer, millennium partners. last month the board hired dan pet trau khely, to case. the homeowners largely blame the developers. the ntsb is markings for a bus crash on january 19th of last year. investigators found the bus driver believed he was in an exit lane. he was really traveling at freeway speeds in the breakdown lane. the ntsb found the impact barrels lacked reflective markings. two passengers died in that crash. federal investigators say of the

21 passengers onboard, only two were wearing seat belts. the ceo of usher is apologizing for the workforce diversity report. the ride service are mostly male and white. according to the report, nearly 64% of uber employees are men, and only 15% of the technical employees are women. as for ethnicity, 49% and 8.8% are afri and 5% are latino. step outside this morning, and it will be milder. anywhere from about the same in novato and in fairfield, and hayward, warmer there.
