an incident involving a petaluma police officer. when they arrived an officer tried to stop the motorcyclist sped off and lost control and crashed, and another motorcyclist that came back to driving under the influence. b.a.r.t. riders are not so happy with the newest station. >> the problem is fought the warm springs stop itself but the lack of trains. matt keller is live in free mopped with the issue. matt? >> reporter: good morning, jessica and reggie. a lot of people thought they would save time in the morning because they have a new stop that is ten minutes south of the fremont station, and we are here at the warm springs station and they have the escalators working which is good news, but a lot of riders feel like they are being taken for a ride. here's the deal. according to the "mercury news,"

five people are recovering from gunshot wounds this morning after a birthday party took a viole violent turn in pittsburgh, and

police say an oakley man started a fight after being asked to leave. party guests held down the gunman until police arrived and arrested him. when it's sunny outside you can find a lot of neighbors at delores park. too many people, though, leave behind their trash. and the mess is now bringing unwanted visitors. >> reporter: as the sunset on delores park we wanted to see if this crowd would leave as big a mess as saturday's crowd, and neighbors say it was a mess that happens too often. >> there's so much trash. seems like there's a lot of people from out of town that come to visit for the day and don't take care of it. >> when the park is crashed city workers show up early the next monday to clean it up. we noticed for the most part people did try to tidy up after themselves.

at a carnival in france this weekend. simply incredible video and hard to watch. hundreds gathered to watch the lighting of a bonfire at the annual carnival northeast of paris. the gasoline used to light the fire was mishandled and chunks of burning wood flew into the crowd, and we have reports of 18 people hurt and three of those children and everybody is expected to recover. >> happening today, bill cosby returns to a pennsylvania courtroom for the latest showdown in his sexual assault case. his lawyers want to bar any mention of drugs when cosby stands trial in june. he is accused of drugging and sexual assaulting a woman in his home.
